Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing, verification, production
and an additional 5-8 business days for delivery.
Items can take up to 14 days to be delivered.
Once the payment are collected from our factory they are then property of the
respective shipping partners (USPS, UPS, DHL). We are legally not responsible
for lost or damaged goods.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unused, with tags , and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
